I'm ALL shook up!

Here's the other Elvis bag,
with 2 short handles rather than one long one,
& I decided not to quilt over his face on this one,
which is an interesting effect...

Here's the other side, another stitching sampler,
playing with my sewing machine
to try out some of the stitches it can do!

The inside is lined with a soft fringed turquoise fabric,
so soft & lovely to the touch!
{...& the handles were fun to quilt!}

...& here's an inside veiw...
it was hard to get a clear detailed picture, but you get the idea~

Here's his un-quilted face, & a close-up of the stitching & fabric~
...& here's a blurry close-up of the back...
...this green fabric is so soft to the touch,
& feels good to run your hands across the stitching on it!
Planning a trip to Graceland? Wouldn't this be fun to bring?

~Tie-Dye Heart Purse~

How could I have forgotten this little sweetie?
It's tie dye quilting cotton, with lotsa colorful embelleshments...
It measures 11x11 inches, with a 26 inch long quilted strap
that's 1 & a half inches wide~

There's a quilted heart done in leaf stitching with
multi-colored purple quilting thread on the flap closure,
circled by a sparkling trim that's also used for the button loop~

here's the heart from the inside,
equally lovely to open the purse & see~

This picture is a little washed out,
lighter than the actual color, but shows a little more detail!

Here it is all stretched out on the physioball,
getting in a little exercise!

Here you can see the detail on the quilting on the strap...

I tried to get a picture inside it, but the lighting was poor,
Hannah was sleeping, & this is the best I could do under the circumstances...

Don't mean to sound like I'm bragging but this is another one
who's pics just don't do it justice!
(I'm just not a good photographer, with a really cheap camera! *grin*)
Oh, well, it's found a good home now!

~Strawberry purses forever!~

This one has a home already, but I have more coming that are very similar, & am also making some that are open at the top, & some with a smaller flap in the front to close it~

Isn't this button just the sweetest thing? (Yes, I have a few more!)

Here's the inside, she needed lots of pockets...
...I can make it according to your specifications...
{...how many pockets would you need?}
The big wide pocket is divided into two,
the other one closes with velcro
(...snaps are also available...)
The inside flap, lined with soft green sweatshirt fabric~
The inside of the bag is lined with a thick red ribbed cotton~

I still have enough of this strawberry canvas
(a durable, lovely cotton) to make quite a few more of these...
come visit my Etsy store if you're lookin' for one! http://anastazia.etsy.com/

~Pink & Purple flower bag~

One of our faves, sweet & simple, & awaiting a home!
Just the right size for a afternoon out in the sunshine!
Here's a close-up of the two fabrics on the outside...
...soft, top-quality quilting cotton {lovely to the touch!}

The inside is lined with black cotton,
with more multi-colored purple quilting leaf stitching that really stands out!
(All my bag seams are double stitched, & triple-stitched on the handles!)

It measures 11 & a half by 11 & a half,
& the thick quilted handles are 23 inches~
There's 2 pockets on the outside,
& 2 matching ones one the inside~
(one made out of each fabric, lined, & topped with leaf stitching.)

It's available at my Etsy store, come on over for a visit!

~"Coat of many Colors" Bag~

Here's the "Coat of many Colors" bag that's getting rave reveiws!
It's thick, quilted, soft, & BRIGHT!

It can be worn over the shoulder or across the body~
It measures 13 inches across, 14 deep,
& the strap is a generous 45 inches long,
& 2 & a 1/4 inches wide & quilted~

...& my favorite part, this lovely button!

The heart on the flap is sewn with a leaf stitch~

Here it is on the inside,
which is lined with a soft sweatshirt fabric~
It also has one big rainbow pocket that closes with velcro~

There will be a few more of this style coming,
but I know they'll go fast!
Do you know anyone that'd be blessed
by a constant rainbow in their lives?

~Fruit And Lilac Bag~

Another lovely fruit one made especially for all my Raw Foodist,
Vegetarian & Vegan friends!
This one was posted earlier,
(more pics below, posted on Sept. 23rd, below the strawberry bag.)
& we're searching for just the right loving home for it!
Here's the other side, covered in lilacs, {my favorite flower!}
with 2 outside pockets running the length of the bag~
It's made with high quality quilting cotton,
& seemed to ask to be left unquilted for simplicity's sake~
The handles are quilted with a rambling pattern
with multi-colored purple thread, & the liner
is a soft light purple wool, (not the itchy kind!)
& has one pocket in it (with the fruit fabric, & lined.)

This bag measures 12x12 inches, & the quilted strap is 32 inches long,
& measures nearly an inch wide~
Are you looking for a soft, sweet fruit'n'lilac bag
to love & carry with you, & carry your things in
as you go out on on your daily adventures?

~ Black Trim Instrament Bag~

Here's Hannah modelling the black trim instrament bag,
after offering to buy it off me herself, she loves it that much!
(She says it'd be ideal for bringing her books to piano lessons!)
{Don't worry, I'm making her one for her birthday! Shhhhhh!}

~It measures 14x14 inches, with 12 inch handles~
Here's a corner of the bag,
showing the beauty of the lovely, top-quality quilting fabric~
The striped corduroy is light, & very soft, & has a little silver line in it~
(...close-up's on the posting of the other music bag, a couple posts down...)
Here's the inside, with the edge of the pocket...
{...the darker looking scribbles are where the handles are triple re-inforced!}

The inside is lined with a thick canvas-type of cotton,
& all seams are done double for extra strength!

Hannah thought Blossom might like this bag, but it's not really her style!

So I have more music bags coming at my etsy shop, C'mon over for a visit!

~'Nine Patch Wine on the Grapevine' Bag~

My favorite color, & I think my favorite bag so far!
But alas, it needs a new home...could it be yours?
Both sides of the bag are beautiful & can face out,
so it's like having 2 bags in one!
{Sorry the picture below is so dark,
it doesn't do it justice at all, & it's actually a little darker in the picture,
(it's closer to this purple than this...)
but I have a cheap camera!}
!
This bag measures 13 inches wide by 12 & a half inches long, & the double handles are a generous 38 inches long, enough to wear across your body, or on your shoulder~

The scene on the wine side is lovely, & makes me want to go to Italy!
(& it isn't really quite this kind of purple, but closer to this!
The grapes look more true to the natural color than in these pics...)

Here's a close-up of the 9 patch side
& it's quilting in the center of each flowered square~
~there are 2 long, slim straps on this bag~

Here's the wine side again~
The fabric is a buttery-soft quilting fabric,
& the quilting stiches are all done in the multi-colored purple quilting thread!
{Eye candy for purple lovers!}

There are a few more of these to come, but not for a little while!
In the meantime, would you like to carry this
to go meet your friends for a glass of wine?
Or a tour of a Vineyard? Or maybe grape shopping?
If so, come check out where I sell my bags'n'stuff at http://Anastazia@etsy.com

~Patchwork Music Bag~

Hannah my little model, is getting a little tired here,
but is still willing to pose with my bags just for you to see!
We both really love these special fabrics,
& wish we had a bunch more!
(I do have 3 more bags with the patchwork coming, but different fabric on the other side!)
They're a high quality quilting cotton~
This bag is quilted, thick, & very soft,
& measures 13 & a half inches deep by 13 inches across,
& the handle is 28 inches long & 1 & a half inches thick, & quilted, as well.

Here's a close-up of one side~

...& here's the music fabric side, quilted all over in a rambling pattern,
with an embroidered flower applique with sequins radiating from the center~

Here's a close-up of the flower!

...& the inside...

One big, deep pocket runs the length of the purse,
from bottom to near the top,
& is divided in the center into two pockets~

The lining is a thick, soft ribbed cotton~
Here's a veiw of the music fabric side, with the rambling all-over quilting~

...& one more close-up of the patchwork side!

This one is on it's way to another country,
but there's more to come at my etsy store at
Come on over & say hello!

~Kid's Kitty purse with stitch sampler on the back~

One of Hannah's favorites, cuz she absalutely LOVES kitties!
This little purse measures nine & a half inches across & eight inches high~
& the quilted strap is 31 & a half inches long.

The inside, colorful & fun little kitties everywhere, with a nice-sized pocket!

I was exploring the different stitches my sewing machine can do!
All the stitching on this bag (& numerous other ones I've made)
is done with a high quality multi-colored quilting thread,
& all my seams are double-stitched, & all my bag handles triple-stitched!

We found just the right button,
a star to bring out the stars in the fabric...

It's on it's way across the sea,
but I could be purrrrrrrrsuaded to make another sweet kitty purse!
